was originally built in 1906. A multi-million renovation will be completed in April and promises to make Le Montreux Palace more glamorous than ever.

Other guests include Led Zeppelin and Freddie Mercury for whom one of the guest suites is named. Vladimir Nabokov, famed author of Lolita, spent 20 years at Le Montreux Palace Hotel which was also home to both Lord Byron and Leo Tolstoy.
